How does StepFlow work?

StepFlow uses your Apple Watch's motion sensors to continuously analyze your walking patterns. Our AI engine processes this data to provide insights about your gait health, detect asymmetries, and assess fall risk.

What devices do I need?

You need:

• Apple Watch Series 5 or later
• iPhone running iOS 15 or later
• Both devices paired together

Is my health data private?

Absolutely. All gait analysis happens on your device using on-device machine learning. We never upload your health data to external servers or sell it to third parties. Your privacy is our top priority.

How accurate is the analysis?

StepFlow's algorithms are based on peer-reviewed clinical research and achieve over 90% accuracy for cadence and gait speed when compared to laboratory equipment. While not a replacement for medical diagnosis, it provides valuable insights for monitoring trends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel:

• Open Settings on your iPhone
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select "StepFlow"
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Do I need to wear my Apple Watch all the time?

No. StepFlow automatically analyzes your gait whenever you're walking with your Watch on. We recommend wearing it during daily activities for the most comprehensive analysis, but it's not required 24/7.
